Hitchy relies on a convention-over-configuration design. This means that Hitchy is expecting certain pattern in code rather than supporting configuration to explicitly choose one out of several possible options.
This section tries to introduce the most basic concepts to obey when developing with and for Hitchy. This includes principles we’d like to obey consistently in all Hitchy development. Concepts and principles are mostly described on a very generic level. Certain parts of Hitchy are described in a more specific way in section “At Runtime“.
